在页面中引入 .vue文件

参数

在组件上添加v-if来判断组件显隐

verifyType 验证格式[ 'LOGIN' ,'REGISTER' ]

@change方法 获取回调，参数为对象 {status:false,distance:100} status 为回调状态，distance为移动距离
