fix(seller): 修复三处历史遗留的恒假条件

- coupon-receive: 路由监听中 couponId 判断取错了来源（实际应判断 query.couponId），
  导致优惠券列表页切换时永不刷新；changeSelect 中 getType 判断改为读表单值 searchForm.getType
- addLive: 添加直播商品时 roomId 取 route.query.roomId 恒为 undefined，改为页面实际参数 route.query.id
- shopSetting: tab 切换回调 v == "INFO" 恒为 false（Element Plus 传 pane 对象），
  改为读 pane.paneName，基本信息/退货地址 tab 的数据重载恢复正常
